**The Company**

They are looking to appoint an experienced Demand Planner to support their operation across 2 large sites. **The Role**
Reporting to the National Sales Manager and working closely with the CEO and CFO,, you will need a "roll your sleeves up" attitude to join this corporate team. A newly created role due to ongoing projects, you will play an integral partin fulfilling and measuring regional demand for all product categories and reducing waste.
- Facilitating, managing, consolidating, and driving demand forecasting processes and forecast accuracy improvements
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, understand statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results and accuracy based on ABC product grouping linked to volume and margin criteria
- Supporting, driving, and implementing the S&OP operating system.
- Interact with sales, marketing, and customer finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Responsible for the regional demand forecast
- Driving alignment between business requirements and revenue plan ensuring transparency between supply challenges and customer requirements
- Ensuring responsiveness in Operations to meet customer requirements, while maintaining a cost position and optimal inventory investment that supports business objectives
- Reporting and forecasting regional inventory as required
- 2-3 years experience within a demand planning role within manufacturing, fresh food or FMCG.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with and influence people at all levels internal, across groups and external to the company
- Demonstrated commitment to customer experience that enables the confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholders
