The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class infrastructure and capital works projects aligned with Adelaide Airport's strategic objectives.
You will immediately step into the delivery of a $12M brownfield new build project, providing a strong platform to immerse yourself in Adelaide Airport's governance processes, stakeholder environment and project delivery frameworks, while making an immediate and visible contribution.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate on procurement strategies, portfolio planning and long-term infrastructure initiatives.
* Manage all stages of delivery, coordinating consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve seamless outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Adelaide Airport's vision.
* Ensure projects meet all regulatory, safety and organisational requirements.
About You
You are a highly capable and motivated Project Manager who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments. With a proven track record in commercial building or infrastructure projects, you bring strong technical capability, structured delivery and confident stakeholder engagement.
You will demonstrate:
* Extensive experience delivering mid to large-scale commercial building projects
* Strong capability in budgeting, programming and stakeholder management
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
* A diploma or degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field
