* Design and deliver a high-quality Visual Arts program for students (Years 7–10)
* Differentiate learning to meet diverse educational needs and abilities
* Develop effective assessment practices and quality teaching programs
Qualifications and Experience required include experience teaching Visual Arts at the secondary level with a proven track record of delivering innovative and engaging programs.
Program Development:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Visual Arts curriculum aligned with national standards
* Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
Classroom Management:
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation
* Establish clear expectations and routines to promote student independence and self-management
Collaboration and Communication:
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, administrators, and parents to ensure seamless collaboration and support
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in Visual Arts education
