Job Description
The Digital Assets Manager oversees the entire digital pipeline for our organization, merging creative content production with hands-on management of websites, cloud hosting, and basic network upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
1. Web Development & Administration
* Design, build, and maintain responsive microsites and interactive menu pages in WordPress, PHP, Angular, and NextJS.
* Ongoing development to optimize load times, lazy-load assets, and improve Core Web Vitals scores by 30% or more.
* AWS hosting (EC2, S3, CloudFront) management, scheduling backups, and maintaining 99.9% uptime.
* Maintenance of CMS and server issues, restoring service within 30 minutes on average.
* Integration of multiple booking platforms to the websites.
2. Multimedia Production
* Shoot, edit, and grade short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics for social channels and in-venue screens using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
* Integrate image, audio, and video assets with custom front-end code and CMS components.
* Production of 3D visualizations, AR filters, and drone footage where required.
3. Performance & Analytics
* Running A/B tests on interactive pages and ads, building dashboards, and lifting online reservations or enquiries (28% benchmark).
* Embedding Google Analytics tags, setting up conversion tracking, tracking Core Web Vitals, and compiling monthly performance reports.
4. Marketing Support
* Planning and executing Meta, TikTok, and Google ad campaigns, optimizing creative and bids to maintain ROAS > 20x.
* Supporting customer relationships on social media channels and handling inquiries.
5. Infrastructure & Security
* Liaising with network specialists to enforce security, schedule backups, and disaster-recovery for six brand sites.
* Installing and administering small-office firewalls and VPN access, sustaining 99.8% uptime.
6. Collaboration & Support
* Working with chefs, videographers, and marketing teams to storyboard campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
* Providing technical support, patching servers, and renewing certificates to protect site integrity.
