Role: Early Childhood Teacher - Education Leader
Location: Lennox Head, NSW
Centre: Goodstart Lennox Head
Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent
Pay: $49.18 - $68.53 per hour + Educational Leader Allowance
Responsibilities
* Lead change, champion practice uplift and excellence
* Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children
* Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content
* Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
* Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
