The Role
In this role, the Research Assistant will support Clinical Trial Coordinators by providing administrative and clinical assistance across various aspects of clinical trials. Key responsibilities include:
* Organising and scheduling appointments and meetings
* Assisting with trial documentation and filing
* Managing study materials and supplies
This position plays an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of clinical trial activities.

Responsibilities
* Supporting the administration and conduct of Alzheimer's Disease clinical trials
* Assisting with HREC and RGO submissions and approvals
* Performing study specific procedures when directed
* Recruiting clinical trial participants
* Collecting and entering data
* Liaising with study sponsors and monitors
* Communicating effectively with the Clinical Trial Coordinators and Investigators
Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor of Science or equivalent qualification
* Current or previous employment in clinical trials or other relevant research
* Excellent record keeping and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication, administrative and computer skills
Desirable Qualifications
* Dementia clinical trial experience
* Venepuncture, cannulation and ECG experience
* GCP & IATA certification
