For 15 years this privately owned group has developed and built a creative brand of projects, and now they have developed an impressive growth pipeline. This growth has created a new role to work closely with the CFO, as she needs to focus more on business growth and external communication.
This is a tremendous learning opportunity where you will:

- Prepare monthly management reports and cash flow forecasts
- Manage BAS, PAYG and statutory compliance
- Oversee payroll (small), reconciliations and day-to-day accounts
- Support budgeting, forecasting and project reporting
- Liaise with auditors and tax advisors as needed
- Work closely with the accounts team and lead their workload
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies
To be successful in this role, you will be CPA/CA qualified or near, and have a sound base of assistant accounting skills. These skills may have been gained in a 2nd or 3rd tier accounting firm where you have been hands-on with your client’s accounting work, or perhaps you have been part of another property/construction/development-focused group.
You will have a lot of communication with off-site leaders, so clear and confident communication skills are essential. MYOB experience will be favorable.
Package shall be $95-$100k including super.
