Heavy Diesel Mechanic Specialist
Investigate complex mechanical issues with on-hire and off-hire equipment, inspect for damage or wear and tear, address breakdowns promptly, maintain positive relationships with customers, provide expert service during site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out thorough machine assessments and produce detailed reports of equipment condition in a timely manner.
* Coordinate logistics to ensure accurate stock levels of consignment goods in the warehouse.
* Perform machine diagnostics, scan preventive maintenance schedules, plan component replacements, diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently.
* Procure replacement parts as needed.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience with heavy construction equipment such as rollers, compactors, loaders, graders, water trucks, excavators.
