We're looking for a hands‐on Performance Marketing Managerto drive qualified lead generation through paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google.
This is not a traditional social media management role focused purely on posting content or community management. We're looking for someone who understands full‐funnel marketing and can build campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes.
You'll support lead generation initiatives for a client operating across asphalt, dust suppression, and related industrial services.
Initial engagement will be a 3-month contract with potential extension based on performance and results.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, launch, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns
* Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies
* Develop lead generation funnels focused on conversion and ROI
* Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
* Work with landing pages, forms, tracking, and conversion flows
* Continuously optimise campaigns using performance data
* Identify funnel bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Reporting & Analytics
* Track and report on ROI, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign performance
* Analyse lead quality and acquisition performance
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations
* Support CRM workflows and lead nurturing processes
* Assist with scalable follow‐up and appointment‐setting workflows
* Identify automation opportunities to improve conversion outcomes
Social Media Campaign Support
* Support campaign execution across social channels where required
* Ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
* Strong hands‐on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
* At least 3-5 years' proven experience generating qualified leads through paid media
* Strong understanding of full‐funnel marketing and conversion optimisation
* Comfortable owning strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting
* Commercially minded and results‐driven
* Analytical with strong performance reporting capability
* Able to work independently in a fast‐moving environment
Nice to haves
* CRM and marketing automation experience
* Lead nurturing or appointment‐setting workflow experience
* Experience in B2B, industrial, trade, or service‐based industries
