**About your new role**:
Leading the team in their Mt Gambier showroom, you are responsible for ensuring customers have the best possible experience. Working closely with Occupational Therapists on demonstrations, recruiting, training and retaining skilled team, and managing the inventory, these are just some of the requirements for this role.
**What you will bring**:
- Empathetic and humanistic approach
- Previous experience with mobility aids or in health retail desirable
- Proven leadership ability
- Inventory management
- Commercially minded
