As an Employment Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting individuals with disability to sustainable employment opportunities. This role requires a person-centred approach, developing partnerships with local employers and enhancing employability through referrals to support services and training.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment using a collaborative and outcome-driven approach
 * Develop strategic partnerships with local employers to create job opportunities for participants
 * Provide in-employment support to sustain employment and promote career progression
 * Market participants' skills to prospective employers and facilitate successful placements
 * Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks by maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements
Requirements:
 * Possess a strong desire to help participants succeed and excellent interpersonal skills
 * Have attention to detail, ability to follow guidelines, and think creatively to develop innovative strategies for employment placement
 * Be highly organized and confident in using computers and online systems
