About the Role
Join a senior physio role where you lead care, build capability and shape outcomes in a specialist team. You'll manage a clinical caseload, create pathways for better recovery and maintain high standards, while guiding others and sharing expertise.
* Deliver expert physio care within a specialist team
* Manage complex caseload across medicine services
* Provide advice to staff, teams and service leads
* Supervise staff and support student development
* Contribute to education and learning programs
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Guide best practice and clinical standards
* Support service improvement and care pathways
* Liaise with referrers and follow up providers
* Work roster across a 7 day service including weekends
About You
You're a capable senior clinician who brings sound judgement, clear communication and a passion for patient centred care. You lead with confidence, support others to grow and deliver safe, evidence based outcomes in complex settings.
* Degree in Physio with AHPRA registration
* Advanced clinical reasoning in a specialist area
* Clear communicator with patients and teams
* Lead care, supervise staff and support students
* Experience with complex cases and service improvement
