We are on the lookout for a passionate & experienced Supervisor to guide our Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional customer service in one of Australia's most iconic tourism destinations.
About the Role
As our supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage team, ensuring a safe & high-performing environment.
You will lead by example, support team culture.
Maintaining RSA compliance, safety & food handling standards is at the core of everything we do.
This role is incredibly diverse and creative; you will have the opportunity to contribute to new ideas and work in our family-owned restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & motivate a large team to deliver outstanding customer experiences & high food & beverage standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve team performance & service delivery
Handle guest feedback & resolve complex complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with RSA regulations, WHS & food safety standards
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
Excellent customer service & complaint resolution abilities
Knowledge of RSA regulations, safe food handling & WHS practices
Proven hospitality experience
Current NSW RSA Certification
Food safety supervisor qualification (desirable)
