Store Operations Manager
At our organization, we are seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial management and operational standards are met, maintained, and exceeded.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional who can motivate and support their team to reach their full potential. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing a genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers. You will also demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities, as well as being a brand ambassador with strong community, team, and customer connections.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory/leadership/management experience, with demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results. Previous dual format experience, including multi-network operations, sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience is desirable. You will also be conscious of workplace safety always and have the ability to build strong relationships with all customers, creating 'moments that matter'. A solution-focussed problem-solver with sound computer skills, holding a valid driver's license is required.
