The Role
We are seeking a Data Entry Administrator to support the accurate transfer and maintenance of operational risk information. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured, detail‐oriented work and takes pride in accuracy and consistency.
You will work with French‐language source documents, entering and validating information into structured spreadsheets and templates. While this is not a technical risk role, you will be handling sensitive operational data and must be comfortable working with confidential information and following defined processes.
This is a casual position, ideal for someone who can manage their time effectively while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and interpret French‐language documents, emails, and reports
* Accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets and structured templates
* Check and validate numerical values, dates, codes, and descriptive fields
* Identify and flag missing, unclear, or inconsistent information
* Follow defined processes, templates, and standard operating procedures
* Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive operational risk data
About You
You are detail‐driven, reliable, and comfortable working with structured data. You value accuracy, are confident asking questions when something is unclear, and can work independently within clear guidelines.
What You Will Bring
* Strong reading comprehension in French, including operational or risk‐related terminology
* Proven data entry accuracy and attention to detail
* Confidence navigating digital folders, templates, and documentation
* Excel capability, including:
* Data entry and formatting
* Sorting, filtering, and validating data
* Use of basic formulas
* Understanding of table structures (e.g. risk registers)
* A basic understanding of risk concepts such as risk, control, incident, and mitigation (desirable but not essential)
* A strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and trustworthiness
* Good time management, with the ability to work part‐time hours and meet deadlines
* Clear communication skills, including the confidence to ask clarifying questions and flag issues early
* Ability to work with French for reading inputs and English for internal communication
