About The Position3 Shape offers a unique opportunity to work as an Account Manager, responsible for our Lab solutions.
You will be part of the Australia & New Zealand team, based in our office in Sydney, and report to the Country Manager ANZ.
In this role, you have full accountability for sales of 3 Shape Lab Solutions, closely collaborate with our resellers, conduct sales & product training, as well as generating leads and opportunities in the Lab segment to drive Sales of 3 Shape Clinic Solutions (TRIOS).
Responsibilities Commercial responsibility for 3 Shape lab solutions Ensure sales execution of 3 Shape lab solutions, in line with 3 Shape's global and local (ANZ) strategy and business expectations Responsible for engaging with labs, visiting labs, to understand their digital setup and (up/cross) sell 3 Shape Lab Solutions Bring 3 Shape's 360 digital solution to Labs in ANZ with our scanners, Dental System CAD software, 3 Shape Lab Management System (LMS), and Design Services Product specialisation across the 3 Shape Lab Solutions Portfolio Driving focus area of digitizing the prosthetist segment for Dental System & lab scanner sales Create a strong market segmentation and map for the ANZ lab market Collaborate cross-functionality with local colleagues as well as global colleagues Run webinars on news within 3 Shape lab solutions, in line with company product releases and focus areas within lab, i.e., be "the face of 3 Shape lab solutions in ANZ"Reseller & account management Responsible for coaching and sales training of lab reps from resellers.
Co-travel with reseller lab reps when relevant to help close hot leads and motivate/inspire the reseller sales reps.
Participate in reseller management meetings to strategize for business development and reviewing business performance Generate Lab partnerships for lead generation for Clinic business (TRIOS)Building & strengthening our partnerships with labs via events, trainings, visits – as relevant and in collaboration with other members of the ANZ team Qualifications Professional Education as a CAD dental technician is preferred3-5+ years of experience in Dental market, sales experience is a plus Experience in using Dental CAD software (e.g.
Dental System (preferred), Exocad, or others)Experience in digital workflows both Lab & Clinic Strong business acumen Customer relations skills Project management skills Public speaking and presentation skills Proficient user of Excel and Power Point Fluent English Personal Effective and influential written and verbal communications Ability to consider other's position and come to a mutually agreed plan Ability to maintain a commitment to customers, clients and employee colleagues providing them with a supportive experience Ability to look for innovative, creative solutions to routine or new challenges Takes accountability for decisions, makes decisions that clearly adhere to an ethical standard Data driven Results oriented Willingness to travel3 Shape: An exciting, visionary, and international place to work.
