We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable Social Work Academic to lead our Department of Social Work.
This role involves overseeing the Bachelor's and Master's programs, leading our expanding course offerings, and making a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities Provide academic leadership and oversee program development.
Ensure compliance with AASW and TEQSA accreditation standards.
Enhance curriculum and develop field placement opportunities.
Lead and manage academic staff across multiple campuses.
Engage with stakeholders to support program growth and quality.
Monitor student outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience Ph D in Social Work and eligible for AASW membership.
Proven leadership experience in social work or related academic programs.
Strong knowledge of AASW standards, ASWEAS, and experience managing accredited programs.
Experience in multi-campus program delivery is preferred but not essential.
