Join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Supervisor!

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our Finance Team on a full-time basis. This position is located at our newly built Head Office in Devonport. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of the full accounts payable process.

What you'll do
* Provide day-to-day supervision of Accounts Payable Team.
* Process supplier and subcontractor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
* Prepare relevant payment runs.
* Reconcile creditor statements and promptly resolve discrepancies or issues.
* Perform general creditor control tasks and day-to-day administration duties.
* Manage subcontractor bank guarantees and retentions.
What We\'re Looking For
* Demonstrated experience in a high-volume accounts payable role (1000+ invoices per month).
* Proficiency in the use of relevant computer packages/software.
* Collaborative team member.
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Proactive approach to work.
* Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
