We have an opportunity for an **enthusiastic and reliable** **administrator** to join our _Abbott Medical_ team as **Quality Assurance Coordinator. **Based in **Macquarie Park**, this role is responsible for processing product returns and ensuring relevant implantable devices are traceable through our Patient Device Tracking (PDT) database and process.
- This role is suitable for someone that enjoys admin/process work with the responsibility of highly critical repetitive tasks. The daily tasks that you do has an important impact on the lives of our patients and our customers (physicians)._
- Prior experience in a similar role or in an admin capacity within the medial devices industry is highly advantageous. However, on-the-job training is provided if not_
**Main responsibilities are, and not limited to**:
- Timely processing of product return shipments
- Process stock transfers and material requests
- Patient implant registration duties such as card printing and mailout
- Process all relevant implantable product/patient details
- Supporting the PDT training for new employees
- Assist in managing customer calls and enquiries post-implant
- Assist with sales data management through implant tracking
- Providing support for customer complaints
**Who we're looking for**:
- Prior admin experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is desirable
- Understanding of industry standards and regulations such as the TGA patient information is advantageous
- Effective oral and written communication skills to speak confidently and respectfully to a variety of stakeholders internally and externally
- High level of attention to detail with vigilance and respect for sensitive/confidential information
- Consistency, responsibility and reliability to ensure sensitive time-frames affecting patients are met
