Care Partner Administration

Location: Young region (Hybrid remote)
Employment Type: Full time, 38 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Care Partners, manage and support existing SAH clients, and identify opportunities to expand Home Care services, ensuring high‐quality, person‐centred care is delivered to clients and assisting with expanding community supports.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Excellent time‐management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem‐solve.
* A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to effective client care and management.
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
* Current NDIS Screening Check (or in the process of obtaining).
