About the Role
You'll meet with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and services. You'll focus on understanding their needs and presenting solutions.

* Product training and job site ride-alongs to learn the technical side of what we do
* Mentoring from our top-performing sales consultants to master the consultative, customer-first approach

Once you're confident, you'll take on pre-qualified, booked appointments – no cold calling – and start selling high-quality, tailored solutions to customers who genuinely want what we offer.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conducting in-home consultations and quoting for security and energy-efficient solutions
* Promoting globally recognised brands like Crimsafe and 3M
* Building rapport and trust with homeowners and business clients
* Managing follow-ups and customer journeys with the support of a full dedicated sales support team
* Attending team meetings and ongoing professional development
What We're Looking For
You could be a great fit if you:
* Are confident in face-to-face or in-home sales (or are ready to learn it)
* Communicate clearly and professionally, and build trust easily
* Are highly motivated, proactive, and eager to grow your income
* Take pride in your appearance, attention to detail, and customer service
* Have basic tech and maths skills, a driver's licence, and a reliable vehicle
* Are available to work across Brisbane, Logan, and the Gold Coast
Previous experience in home improvements, furnishings, or construction is helpful, but not essential.
