The Role
This is a full time role based in Toowoomba for an experienced Business Development Manager, servicing and building customer base across QLD, NSW and South Australia.
Responsibilities
* Identifying, planning and pursuing business growth opportunities, coordinating sales from initial enquiry through to valued customers
* Proposing solutions, presenting on our range of products and services, and successfully winning new business
* Planning and executing regular customer contact, calls and visits to target areas (regular travel required)
* Working closely with the workshop, warehouse and administration teams to coordinate customer requirements in order to deliver on time, every time;
* Taking ownership of your business development budget and associated targets to contribute towards our growth.
What we Need
* A hands on approach, self motivated and organised
* Experience in heavy earthmoving or undercarriage is a must
* Exceptional relationship building skills, with an energetic solutions-focused approach
* Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills
* Unrestricted driver's license, clean driving record;
* Ability to travel, as required.
