Are you passionate about uplifting the employee experience through engaging communications and content? We're seeking an exceptional Communications Senior Consultant to join our Communications and Experience Team, focusing on People & Purpose communications.

What will your typical day look like?
You will work with leaders and our team to design and cascade strategic communications to the businesses aligned with our people strategy, employee value proposition, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and our Deloitte Experience. You'll also get the chance to support the broader Comms & Experience team with strategic firmwide communications.
About the team
The Internal Communications and Experience team uses storytelling and creative communications to elevate the Deloitte brand, with consistent communications across all internal channels.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
3+ years of communications and/or media relations experience
A collaborative and adaptable growth mindset
A strategic communicator who works deftly across all channels and platforms
Creative and strong knowledge of content creation tools
Excellent written and communication skills, including narrative development and storytelling
Excellent interpersonal skills and project management experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly focused professional services environment
