The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Site Administrator
to join our team in Karratha. In this role, you will be responsible for supply runs, PPE registers, and ad hoc administrative tasks and providing administrative support. This role will suit someone looking for flexible hours with the ability to work 8-10 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage uniform collection and distribution
Manage sundry purchasing
Assist with PO reconciliation
Maintain PPE stocks
Complete monthly stock-take ensuring PPE and sundry supply levels are correct
Weekly cleaning of office, crib room and toilets
