Job Summary
The Sales Representative is a key role in driving revenue growth by selling plumbing and gas services. This includes septic systems, heat pumps, and filtration solutions.
* Effective engagement with clients across residential, commercial, and building sectors
* Proactive sales approach to promote key services/products
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively sell the following key services/products:
* Plumbing and gas solutions
* Septic system installations and servicing
* Heat pump hot water systems
* Whole-house and under-sink filtration systems
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales (ideally in trade, plumbing, or construction industry)
* Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
* Confident communicating with various stakeholders
* Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them in customer-friendly terms
* Comfortable working independently and meeting KPIs
