We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, reliable, and community-minded individual to become a Transfer Station Attendant with the Rural City of Wangaratta's Waste Services team.
This permanent part-time role offers a minimum of 19 hours per week, with a rotating roster that includes some weekends and public holidays. You'll be working across our network of sites in **Wangaratta, Eldorado, Markwood, and Moyhu, helping us build a cleaner, greener future for our region.

As a Transfer Station Attendant, you'll be the face of our waste services—guiding residents and businesses in responsible waste disposal and recycling. You'll play a hands-on role in diverting waste from landfill, supporting sustainable practices, and keeping our community clean and environmentally responsible.
Whether you're already experienced in waste operations or simply eager to learn, we welcome your energy and commitment. Training will be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude.
