The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill.Roles and Responsibilities:Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow HRSD support team.Work on ServiceNow portal, Java script, UI Page.Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions.Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing etc.Remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions.Skill / Competencies / Experience:ESSENTIALBachelors/master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or EngineeringAt least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, Enhancements and implementationExperience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSDExcellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reportingProven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutionsProven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasksProven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demandsExcellent analytical and time management skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written in EnglishPREFERREDAt least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, Enhancements and implementationStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.ADDITIONALExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.At Infosys, we recognize that everyone has individual requirements.
