Key Responsiblities :
* Create Custom orders cakes in different varities and sizes.
* Prepare Cake Batters, fillings and cake decorations
* Glaze and decorate Pastries and cakes
* Must have attention to details to Store and display baked goods
* Weigh and mix ingredients accurately
* Monitor Oven temperatures and accurately follow baking times .
* Clean each baking tray and equipments each day
* Must strictly follow hygiene standards and rules
* Manage daily productions on daily basis as per schedules
* Must be able to work independently
The ideal candidate must have. :
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastrycook
* Must have Certificate III in Baking, Patisserie or relevant qualifications
* Must have strong attention to detail
Salary - $77,000 - $80,000 - Per year Plus Superannuation
