The Role
Manage incoming customer purchase orders and maintain document control.
Complete supporting documentation in line with legislation and internal requirements.
Process outbound and inbound receivals using relevant systems, software, and spreadsheets.
Monitor vehicle tracking systems to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
Coordinate local collections and transfers out.
Support fleet administration and coordination tasks.
Provide administrative support to onsite and offsite personnel.
Be customer-facing, maintain a customer-focused approach, and apply a thorough understanding of safety requirements.
Assist with onsite inventory tracking.
Complete general reception and housekeeping duties.
Provide sales support as required.
About You
Exceptional communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and pride in work.
Confident in using Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
Forklift ticket (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, waste management, or a related field.
