Industrial Production Line Manager

This role involves the delivery of work packs for the implementation of components of a forging production line. The primary goal is to produce new products that meet quality specifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple packages for delivery, including:

* Participating in requirements/design workshops to refine production process design;
">
* Updating scopes of work with design requirements and issuing requests for quotation to suppliers;
">
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchased items;
">
* Managing workpacks comprising multiple packages for delivery for implementation in the forge production process;
">
* Assisting with failure analysis and proposing corrective actions to ensure asset availability;
">
* Developing test and control plans and procedures for production;
">
* Supporting industrialisation/transfer phase, launch of production/support, and management of the prototype phase;
">
* Ensuring repeatability of production/support processes and tools;
">
* Assisting with technical queries raised during equipment installation at site;
">
* Active involvement in commissioning different work packages assigned responsibility for delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with proven experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly in forging processes. Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, process design, and optimization techniques is essential.
