About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Site Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience to join their team on a permanent basis for a large new project based in Mosman and surrounding suburbs. This is a hands-on role, requiring a skilled carpenter with solid experience in Framing, and structural work as well as fit-out and detailed finishes Key Responsibilities: On-site carpentry work including framing, finishing, and structural alterations. Daily engagement with the site supervisor to ensure high-quality standards and project time-lines are met. All materials handling and ordering will be managed by the site supervisor, allowing you to focus on carpentry work. Ensuring compliance with OHS protocols; prior experience with workplace safety and procedures is essential. Work collaboratively with other trades as directed by the site supervisor, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as a Cert III qualified carpenter. Own tools and transport is essential, including framing guns. Proven ability to manage various carpentry tasks, including framing and finishing. Experience in both large renovations and minor alterations. Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and procedures. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Must be physically fit and capable of working on-site every day. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
