The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Litigator to join our dynamic disputes team.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial litigation matters, with the opportunity to work closely with senior practitioners on complex disputes across sectors including contractual disputes, shareholder actions, insolvency proceedings, and regulatory investigations.
You will be involved in all stages of litigation—from initial client instructions, legal research, and drafting pleadings through to court appearances and settlement negotiations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and a genuine interest in developing a career in commercial litigation.
Key Requirements
3-7 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
Proficiency with legal practice management systems, document review platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
Familiarity with court rules, processes, and procedure
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
