As we continue to grow our capabilities across current and future major infrastructure projects, we're seeking experienced Project Engineers to join our team. This role will assist with the **planning and execution of works** across a range of project areas, providing **technical, administrative, and HSEQS (Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality & Sustainability)** support. You'll play a key role in coordinating daily site activities, liaising with internal teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all deliverables are completed safely, on time, and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:*** Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of project works in accordance with design, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.* Administer project documentation, permits, and approvals to ensure compliance with HSEQS and regulatory requirements.* Assist with procurement, budgeting, and cost tracking across all project phases.* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Work Procedures, ITPs, SWMS, and Construction Reports.* Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractor performance, and client interface requirements.* Conduct internal audits and maintain project quality and safety records.* Contribute to progress reporting, scheduling updates, and performance tracking.**Required Skills and Competencies****About You*** Degree or Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline) with demonstrated experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.* Proven capability in project planning, cost control, and contract administration, ensuring delivery to schedule and budget.* Sound understanding of HSEQS systems and Australian Standards, with the ability to prepare and implement project documentation such as SWMS and ITPs.* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams and contractors.* Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous improvement*ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
