We are seeking a seasoned auditing professional to join our team based in Sydney.
About the Role:
* Work with diverse clients across various industries, delivering high-quality audit services within agreed timelines.
* Plan and execute standard auditing activities, ensuring compliance with Australian standards.
* Develop and implement effective audit strategies, leveraging expertise in financial analysis and risk assessment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver business reports and management letters, highlighting key issues and recommendations.
* Assist on engagements, determining audit strategies, timetables, and scheduling employees as needed.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster ongoing collaborations.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience with Australian auditing standards and accounting standards.
* CA or CPA qualification, or equivalent.
* Strong business acumen, with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
* Desire to lead and mentor junior team members.
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
* Proficiency in CaseWare Working Papers and financial statement preparation.
