**The position**
This is a newly created role due to centralising the Contact Centre and the rapid growth of the business. Although you will be in Adelaide, your team will be in Sydney so experience managing remote teams will be highly advantageous.
This is not your average Contact Centre Team Leader role. This position will see you leading, training and developing a team of customer service superstars delivering an exceptional customer experience over voice and live chat.
Training, rostering, coaching and driving the business growth through service delivery is at the core of what you will do in this role. You LOVE developing people and watching them and businesses grow.
You will provide regular reporting to the business and management team across key metrics as well as identify areas of opportunity improve sales and productivity.
Ensure your team bring passion, a positive mindset and a solution focussed approach to make that impression count
**About you**:
- We are looking for a proven leader with 3+ years of experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service position.
- Proven experience leading, supervising or coaching a team of customer service or sales individuals.
- Solid understanding and knowledge of how to drive Customer Service and Sales KPI's in a Contact Centre environment.
- You have a customer first out-look, always putting the customer at the centre of what you do
- Prior experience using salesforce CRM & live chat software is highly advantageous
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
