Join Our Team as a Registered or Clinical Nurse – Deliver Excellence and Lead in Rural Health
Make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care and supporting the development of skilled, competent teams across RMCLHN. This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical practice with mentorship and professional growth in a rural health setting.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1) or Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C), you will provide nursing services across a variety of health service settings, including community, acute, and aged care. Clinical Nurses (RN/M2C) operate at a proficient standard, providing mentorship, supervision, and professional development support to less experienced nursing staff.
In addition to direct patient care, you will be assigned portfolios aligned with your career development plan, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and support clinical governance. Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, you will foster professional growth, ensure high-quality care, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Portfolio responsibilities are negotiated to suit your experience and performance goals.
