Key Responsibilities:
Provide High-Quality Nursing Care : Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care in a general practice setting, ensuring patients feel valued and supported.

Care Coordination : Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans to support patient health needs.

About You:
Registered Nurse : You hold a current registration with AHPRA as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse .
Experienced in General Practice : You bring experience in a primary care setting and have a strong understanding of chronic disease management and clinical assessments .
Great Communicator : You have excellent communication skills and enjoy building rapport with patients and team members alike.
Team Player with Independence : You can work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing patient care with confidence.
