Everything you need at Bellissimo Coffee The Role: We're looking for a Full-Time Cafe Team Member to join our team at Brisbane Airport. If you've got a flair for coffee, a passion for customer connection, and thrive in a buzzing environment – we'd love to meet you *Flexibility and comfortable with MOST days being a 4am START What You'll Do: Engage with customers and create magical moments with every cup Craft and serve delicious coffee with care and precision Keep front-of-house areas sparkling and well-organised Work collaboratively with your team to deliver fast, friendly service Bring commitment and accountability to every shift What We're Looking For:
Passion for great service and coffee culture A confident, engaging communicator
Well-groomed and professionally presented
Barista or café experience preferred – but we'll train the right attitude Flexible availability - being mostly mornings of 4am starts as well as comfortable working Saturday
