Solution Developer
Join Avanade as a Solution Developer and help us shape the future of business with Dynamics 365. As a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Developer, you'll apply your expertise to design and implement CRM solutions across all phases of Avanade's projects, collaborating with clients, project managers, backend and frontend (UX) architects, and other CE professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing and maintaining Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff and business partners to ensure high-quality and timely resolution of customer issues.
Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions for CE projects.
Work with clients and lead delivery teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience
Client management and consulting experience, including leadership on complex projects.
Experience implementing integrations with modern cloud integration patterns (Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Message Bus, etc.).
Client-side programming: JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF controls.
Server-side programming: .NET (C#, VB.NET).
Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
