What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including :
Managing an Estate Upkeep team to conduct trades work delivering estate maintenance within Defence sites
Capture KPIs and Estate Upkeep work performance metrics
Provide asset condition data
Ensure all work aligns with required standards and requirements
Identify and manage risks associated with works delivery

More than anything you'll bring a strong work ethic a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Trade Certificate (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical)
General trade background with leadership and maintenance supervision
Working knowledge of asset compliance / management techniques
Building Maintenance Leadership Certification. (Desirable)
QLD / NSW Trade license for discipline.
Current Open Drivers Licence.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory).
