Key Sales and Customer Service Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Lead, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for securing new customers, particularly large organisations, local councils, and other places where toilet paper is freely provided. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high-quality customer service support for existing clients, handling customer inquiries efficiently, coordinating logistics with a 3PL partner, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
About the Role
This casual, hybrid position requires a strong understanding of invoicing and business administration, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with the team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
* High-level verbal and written communication skills
* A confident understanding of invoicing and business administration

* Confidence with using and/or learning software such as Xero and Shopify
