Key Role: Partner Account Manager
Job Overview:
* Drive revenue growth by developing and executing a partner strategy in assigned territory.
* Collaborate with sales leadership to define market opportunity, strategy & business plan for strategic partners in ANZ.
* Manage progress to plan throughout the year and report key milestones.
* Engage stakeholders internally and externally to realize business objectives.
* Build senior executive champions to drive change and overcome obstacles.
* Coordinate enablement activities across various roles including sales & technical.
* Support demand generation activities to grow pipeline.
* Oversee localization requirements with partners and product management.
Essential Skills:
* Minimum 5+ years of field sales experience or related partner management and partner sales experience.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in direct field sales roles or in partner management/partner sales roles.
* Strong process orientation and self-management capabilities.
* Experience working with license sales teams at large software and/or SaaS vendors is desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal skills including communication and presentation skills.
* Sound understanding of sales and marketing principles.
* Strong program and project management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to develop enabling programs for sales and partner channels.
* Ability to articulate and communicate complex solutions to external audiences.
