Facilities Contracts Specialist – Leederville
About the Role: Join a leading team as a Facilities Contracts Specialist. You'll manage the development, review, and renewal of facilities contracts, ensuring operational continuity, supplier accountability, and compliance with WHS standards. This is a contract role till July
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate Scopes of Work (SOWs) for facilities and maintenance services.
* Lead contract reviews, renewals, and negotiations.
* Maintain proactive contract lifecycle schedules to prevent lapses.
* Monitor supplier performance and drive measurable outcomes.
* Collaborate with Facilities, Fleet, Procurement, and Finance teams.
* Ensure compliance with policies, WHS standards, and legislation.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in contract management, facilities management, or procurement.
* Strong skills in preparing detailed SOWs and managing supplier governance.
* Knowledge of compliance standards and contract lifecycle processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Desirable: Qualifications in Facilities Management, Business, Procurement, or Contract Management.
