Key Responsibilities
* Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support. This may involve helping clients with physical tasks and ensuring their comfort and dignity.
* Household Support: Perform household chores such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping to maintain a safe and healthy living environment for clients.
* Community Engagement: Facilitate and support clients in participating in community activities, social outings, and appointments, promoting their independence and social inclusion.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client care, progress, and any incidents, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
* Collaboration: Work closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans that meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
Required Skills and Qualifications
