The Opportunity
A leading national health law practice is seeking a lawyer with 3–5 years' post-admission experience to join its Brisbane-based team. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters at the intersection of health, regulation and public law.
The role is well suited to a lawyer who enjoys advisory and disputes work, particularly investigations, inquiries and statutory processes, and who is looking to deepen their health law practice within a top-tier environment.
About You
You will be a 3 + Years PAE defendant Insurance Lawyer and lawyers up to the Senior Associate level are also encouraged to apply.
* 3–5 years' PAE in health law, public law, regulatory, litigation or a closely related area
* Experience with investigations, inquiries, inquests or regulatory processes
* Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
* Sound judgment and the ability to work on sensitive and confidential matters
* A collaborative approach and strong attention to detail
Health law experience is preferred, but candidates with relevant investigations or regulatory backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
