We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to lead our team of area managers. As a seasoned sales manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through key relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in sales management within the construction or building industry
* Proven leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of developing successful sales teams
* Strong knowledge of materials and wet plant hire (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to think strategically and adapt to an ever-changing environment
* Exceptional negotiation skills and a solutions-based outlook
* Initiative, resilience, and excellent communication skills
* Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office products
* In-depth knowledge of the region
