THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join our Brisbane Direct Team, working on an established portfolio of direct clients and some media agencies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated media sales professional who wants to work within one of Brisbane’s most successful media sales teams – in a business that values tenacity, commitment and innovation. The team enjoy good banter, catching up on your weekend adventures and celebrating your success.
What you will be doing and what skills you may have:
In summary:
* Strategic and solution focused management of an established customer portfolio made up of direct clients and independent agencies
* Develop and sell leading cross platform audio solutions (our assets include Podcasting, Streaming and Broadcast)
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Proactively identify and create new business opportunities that drive growth (you are actually motivated by being the best at what you do!)
* Commitment to achieving monthly & quarterly targets (and ability to develop tactics to ensure personal and client success)
* Ability to effectively multi-task and project manage
* Strong client service orientation and networking capabilities
* Resilient, dynamic, adaptable to change and highly driven with a strong desire to succeed and thrive in a results-orientated environment.
This role will suit someone with prior sales experience, and whilst audio sales experience is not essential, experience working within a media sales environment in the Brisbane market is desirable.
