You will be joining a well established construction company that conducts their work on the Mid-North Coast, covering projects which include industrial, retail, office, hospitality, warehouse, education and residential building projects. **Your new role**
Due to project growth, this company requires a Site Supervisor to join their team to manage a commercial building project. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day site tasks, overall management of the site, supervising and leading subcontractor trades, client liaison, programme scheduling, procurement and management of materials, induction of trades, toolbox talks. You will be working with and reporting directly to the management team to ensure the project is delivered in budget, on time and to a quality and safe standard.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Gained significant experience as a Site Supervisor in the delivery of commercial building projects
- Experience in interpreting drawings and specifications
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Robust leadership and management skills
- Ability to establish, maintain and develop relationships with clients, management and site personnel
