About the Role
We are seeking an experienced contract administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating contract administration, including progress claims, variations, and EOTs.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate contract administration, including progress claims, variations, and extensions of time.
* Support budget development and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with procurement, contract management, and financial policies.
* Resolve contractual disputes promptly.
* Maintain registers of variations, claims, delays, and instructions.
* Manage rights and obligations in contracts.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial construction contract management.
* Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
* C class driving licence.
