An opportunity exists for a driven and customer focused applicant to join an Equipment team in this
newly formed role. Reporting to the National Service Manager, Equipment, this Service Administrator Supervisor role will be primarily responsible for overseeing the administration of the service business as well as the incoming service request calls, parts interpretation, work order scheduling, low level product technical assistance and customer feedback.
**Responsibilities**:
Your duties in the role will be:
- Leadership and supervision of staff
- Invoicing of work orders to meet expected time frames
- Data management within SAP/PRW and Service Max operating systems
- Receive incoming calls from across all Service sites and external customers
- Parts interpretation, quoting and work order creation for all Service requests
- Providing updates and communication to end users based on status of work orders
- Liaising with Service Managers and Sales managers to understand daily workload and
operating pressures
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with end users
- Ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
- Proven team leadership in a customer service orientated role
- Strong customer service skills and a customer first focus
- Strong computer literacy and CRM management
- Ability to adhere to and implement operating goals, objectives, and procedures
- A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License
- SAP and ServiceMax skills will be highly regarded
